• Description : Fulir Backpackers Inn Zagreb is small, cosy and charming little hostel with only 16 beds providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. The hostel is owned and operated by two "youths" who recognized the lack of hostel type accommodation in Zagreb during their travels around the world. We have two newly renovated dorms: Kravata dorm with 12 beds and Penkala dorm with 4 beds. There are 2 newly renovated bathrooms, a kitchen, and a common room. Fulir hostel is the ideal place for you to stay if you come to visit Zagreb for sightseeing, concerts or sport events. All venues are in walking distance from the hostel. We can proudly say that Fulir Backpackers Inn has best possible location in the city of Zagreb, just 50m from the main city square Trg bana Jelacica and surrounded by all of the sightseeing and nightlife. DIRECTIONS FROM THE MAIN TRAIN STATION (GLAVNI KOLODVOR): Outside the train station cross the tram tracks and walk straight up Praška Street for 10 minutes until you reach the main square, Trg bana Jelačića. You can also take tram numbers 6 or 13 in the north (left) direction for two stops. Buy a tram ticket at a newstand, the price is 8 kuna (about €1). Once you reach the square take Pavla Radića/Radićeva Street, it will be in the far left (northwest) corner of the square. Once on Radićeva walk 50 meters. Fulir Backpackers Inn is located in the second yard on the left side of the street. Enter the yard and go past the bar and up the stairs to the right, we are on the first level up. FROM THE BUS STATION (AUTOBUSNI KOLODVOR): Take tram number 6 in the north (left) direction for six stops and you will reach the main square, Trg bana Jelačića. Buy a tram ticket at a newstand, the price is 8 kuna (about €1). The trams run from 5 AM to midnight, outside those hours take a taxi. It will take 7-10 mintues and cost about 70 kuna (20% more at night and on Sunday). Once you reach the square take Radića/Radićeva Street, it will be in the far left (northwest) corner of the square. Once on Radićeva walk 50 meters. Fulir Backpackers Inn is located in the second yard on the left side of the street. Enter the yard and go past the bar and up the stairs to the right, we are on the first level up. FROM THE AIRPORT: There is a bus that goes every 30 minutes from Zagreb Airport to the main bus station. It costs about €3. From there follow the directions above. If you are taking a taxi expect to pay about 150 kuna (about €25), make sure to ask the taxi driver for the price up front or offer 150 kuna. More than 200 kuna and you are paying too much, if you have any problems call our mobile number.
